Shipping & Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for shopping with Sophia & Rhys!
Order Processing: All orders take a standard 1-2 business days to process, not including weekends or holidays, regardless of method of shipment elected. Please allow additional time during holiday times. We process and ship all orders on Monday-Friday. Orders are processed in order of which they were placed. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.
Order Tracking: You will receive an email notification when your shipping label has been created. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order's tracking information to update online.
DOMESTIC ORDERS: We ship to the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Please note:
Shipping time is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS. Please allow a 1-2 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed.
Sophia & Rhys is not responsible for any packages or damages once they have been scanned by the post office. Please keep an eye on your tracking so you know when it has left our location. If your package was lost in transit, please contact your nearest USPS post office and give them your tracking number.
Sophia & Rhys is not responsible for any charges upon delivery due to forwarding addresses.
Shipments with a merchandise value above $200 may be sent with a signature required upon delivery.
Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items will be shipped upon arrival in our store. Estimated shipping dates are provided by the manufacturer and are listed in the product description. Please allow time for us to receive the item in our store.
Pre-orders will receive free priority processing once it arrives in store.
You will only pay one shipping fee at the time of check out, even if you have ordered multiple items in that order.
You will receive an email from us when the pre-ordered item ships or if the item is removed by the manufacturer due to stock issues. If your order is removed by the manufacturer, you do not need to contact us, as we will automatically refund the price of that item for you.
